Welcome to the Yoga Class Library

Enjoy the Warriors at Ease style of trauma-informed and adaptive yoga from the comfort of your own home! This library of 30-minute-or-less yoga and meditation classes is designed to provide members of the military community with a variety of yoga styles from which to choose, based on their unique needs. Each of these classes is taught by Warriors at Ease-trained teachers and follows the Warriors at Ease Techniques and Protocols to bring trauma-informed and adaptive yoga to the military community.


These gentle yoga classes are designed to increase both strength and flexibility while activating the “rest and digest” system to address patterns of stress and tension that restrict overall health. Each class is designed to safely guide you through the process of releasing tension while supporting your cultivation of a regular practice.

All-Levels Yoga


Rest and restore at any time of day with this gentle and supportive class designed to address chronic and accumulative physical, emotional, and mental stress. In this class you will intentionally move much slower and use the support of bolsters, pillows, and blankets. This allows the nervous system to achieve supported rest which impacts sleep cycles, healthy digestion, and more.

Restorative Yoga


In this accessible and adaptable form of yoga, we will focus on harmonizing breath and movement with an emphasis on proper and safe alignment that supports injury prevention, improves core and back strength. Increases joint mobility, decreases fascial restriction, and reduces chronic and acute pain. This practice is perfect for midday relief from sitting at your computer or winding down at the end of a long day.

Gentle Chair Yoga


These simple 10-minute, guided mindfulness meditations are designed to help ground you by connecting you to the moment and bringing awareness to the breath, which in turn supports us to become more mindful throughout the day–particularly during difficult situations.

Guided Meditation


These 30-minute classes support mobility, healthy ligaments and tendons, and nervous system regulation using integrative breathing and grounding practices. These classes are perfect to help you wind down after a long day.

Slow-Flow Yin-Inspired Yoga


This style of guided meditation is grounding, calming, and allows you to connect with your inner equanimity. This practice is perfect for any level of meditator — beginners to advanced — and can support your overall health and wellness when practiced regularly. These practices are 35 minutes in length.
